SPA Rules & Etiquette

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

In order to book an appointment, please contact our Spa. To ensure that we will provide the most adequate treatment, in the most convenient schedule, we recommend that you book in advance. For your comfort, we will provide a robe, towels, slippers, and every other amenity needed during your visit to the Spa.

PUNCTUALITY

In order to enjoy to the fullest your experience in the Spa, we suggest you arrive one hour before your appointment so we can complete our beauty prescription and provide you with the exclusive use of our facilities. We alert that arriving after the scheduled time will imply the reduction of the duration of the treatment.

RELAXATION

The environment in our Spa is one of tranquility, where the right to privacy and serenity of all is to be respected. We appreciate that during your stay in our Spa, you keep your voice down and your cellphone muted. Smoking is not permitted in the Spa and Gym facilities.

ATTENTION TO YOUR NEEDS

When you book your appointment, we appreciate you inform our ambassadors of beauty about any health issues you might have, namely pregnancy, allergies or injuries that may affect your treatments and your activities at the Spa. This information will allow us to recommend the most adequate treatments and services for your well-being.

CARING FOR YOUR COMFORT AND PREFERENCES

Feel free to tell us what we can do to improve your experience in our Spa, ensure your maximum comfort, and personalize your treatments according to your preferences (i.e., if you prefer more or less pressure in your massage). In the course of your treatment, we will prescribe you a beauty ritual that you will be able to repeat at home and suggest the products we use in our treatments about which you may request more information at the hotel reception.

CHILDREN IN THE SPA

The minimum age to access the Spa, heat area and Gym is 16 years.

VALUABLE OBJECTS

At the Spa, we provide a place where you can store your valuables. However, we recommend that you store them in the safe deposit available in your room. We do not take responsibility for stored objects nor eventual losses or damage. 

DELAYS AND CANCELING POLICY

Arriving after the scheduled time may imply a reduction of the duration of the treatment or service unless our agenda allows performing it entirely. We advise you to inform us four hours ahead of any changes or cancellation of your appointment. Canceling within these four hours implies the full payment of the booked treatment or service.
